30 Inspiring Outfit Ideas To Try This September

Hello there,

I hope you’re all doing great.  It’s almost September, and to me September has always had a particular vibe: new school year with the new notebooks and pens, new trends, new backpack, new people, … And I don’t know why, but I always feel inspired in September.  Or if I want to change something in my routine or my lifestyle, it is more likely to happen (and go well) if I do that in September.  It’s probably because it’s “back to school” month, which promises more structure than the summer…  Am I the only one?

Anyway, I gathered here 30 looks we can try for the upcoming month.  It’s a mix of summer and fall looks, given that we can totally experience both (or even all 4) seasons in a month.  Let’s get inspired!

Week 1: September 1st – 10th

31 Inspiring Outfit Ideas To Try This August

Hello there,

In this post, I gathered for you for me for us 31 looks to try in August.  Similarly to the post I wrote for July, I tried to come up with day looks, that we can quite easily reproduce, i.e. looks composed of basics.

Let’s get inspired 🙂

Week 1 – August 1st to August 6th:

31 Inspiring Outfit Ideas To Try This July

Hello there,

How are you doing girls?  Are you surviving the heat?  Because I barely am.  This is ridiculous… To be honest, this week I’ve been super lazy.  I haven’t been able to achieve anything except getting out of bed and dragging myself to work.  I haven’t put in much effort to my outfits, nor my beauty routine and don’t even ask me about sports, I haven’t done a single workout session…  I hope I’ll be better next week!

But this unbearable heat got me thinking though.  As I said, I haven’t put a lot of effort in creating cool (pun intended) looks.  But maybe it would have been easier if I had a sort of fashion calendar.  So I gathered for you (and for me, definitely for me too) 31 looks to try in July.  I try to come up with a list of day looks that were season appropriate, and mostly composed of relatively basic pieces, so that we can get inspired without necessarily having to buy something new (although I don’t have anything against that concept :D).  I also tried to have work appropriate looks for the weekdays, if like me, you’re not on holidays.

First week – July 1st to July 9th:

To compose these looks, you need these relatively basic pieces:

What To Wear To A Rock Concert?

Hello there,

How are you? Sorry for the delay, but I’ve been super duper busy; and it was literally impossible to take some time to just sit and write a piece for you.

Last Monday I went to a concert in Brussels. I went to see Kodaline, and to be honest (hooonNEST!!!) it was epic! To keep this memory as long as possible, I thought it would be nice to write about “What to Wear to a Rock Concert?  I won’t write about festival gear, I’ll leave that for the summer (or Coachella, even if we, Europeans, don’t feel the hype as much as the Americans do); so here I’ll focus on a simple concert.

First thing first, you don’t wear the same outfit to a rock concert and a pop concert.  Just so we’re clear, when I say “you don’t”, it’s just to make me feel omniscient; because you can wear whatever the hell you want !  But, for the sake of discussion, let’s just go with it…  For instance, I wouldn’t wear the same look to see The Libertines, and to see the legendary Miss Britney Spears’ show in Vegas (Gosh, I love Brit Brit ❤ ).

How To Wear The Classic Button-Down Shirt?

Hey girls,

How are you?  Did you have a good week?  I hope you killed it 🙂

With this post, I will introduce a new category: One Piece, X Looks.  Because it’s always nice to be able to wear a piece of clothing that you love with different looks.  It keeps things fresh and prevents you from getting bored with your favorite piece.

In this first post, I decided to show you my ideas about the different ways you can wear the (extremely classic, the timeless, drumroll please….) shirt.  I bought one this summer, a Massimo Dutti, and I love it (pictures on my Instagram); but I already had several other shirts in my beloved wardrobe (from various brands, ranging from Mer du Nord, to Ralph Lauren, and including G-Star Raw for instance; and of various colors):
